This airline originally started as Sportsflight Airways to provide sports charters using B-727 aircraft. The airline received its certifcate on May 6, 1994. In an attempt to become a more diversified business the company changed its name on October 11, 1995. The airline suspended operations on July 13, 1996 when the airlines only aircraft was grounded for major maintenance.
